Shipping label

I was needing to return my receiver. Can I print off a shipping label or do you send me a return kit?

Thank you, Robin

Take your account # to FEDX or UPS --they will pack it and ship it back at NO charge to you --KEEP your Tracking Number as proof of return.

It's that Easy

A little clarification:

Take it to a The UPS Store or FedEx Office, not to one of either company's shipping drop off locations or hubs.

What is the model of the box?

If returnable:

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

If was in response to me, that is the official AT&T/DirecTV instructions. The links should assist in finding a participating location, which would be a full main store and not a small shipping annex or the like.

I really wish the official instructions would say "The UPS Store" and "FedEx Office" because there are actual UPS and FedEx locations that will not take your device.  Not just small shipping annexes, actual shipping offices of UPS/FedEx, but they're not equipped to pack the goods or issue the receipt.
