System comes back on by itself after I turn it off.

I had a new Genie 2 installed about two weeks ago (replacing my HR54).  I also had a new Gemini unit installed for our main TV in the den.  Ever since then, there are occasions when I turn off my system, within 15 seconds, the system will turn on again by itself.  This is not all the time, but every several days.  My system uses a Pioneer Elite receiver, but it's the same unit I was using with the HR54, and I never had this problem.
