Not a question but help for others since customer service thru chat or by phone could not help after many attempts with the error code 721 when trying to a watch The Bachelor episodes that switched to channel 396 to record Episodes 4 thru 12. If Error 721 shows up on recorded episodes in your playlist - DELETE the episodes recorded in your playlist that have Error Code 721 and go to On Demand for ABC and select The Bachelor Season 25 to watch those episodes.

This is a known problem with some CBS and ABC programs recording from the DNS channel that few have instead of the local channel that it should be recording from. the fix for now is to setup manual recordings.
