tracking number shows equipment return was delivered

but Directv is trying to charge me for two boxes that I used their label and the tracking number shows

"Your item has been tendered to the returns agent at 11:31 am on January 15, 2021 in JACKSON, MS 39201. The Postal Service no longer has the item and no further tracking updates are expected."

(Edited per community guidelines)?  How long does it take for them to update their records?  I refuse to pay for equipment I returned in their box using their shipping label...
