TV black-out
My issue, is without any warning or a specific time out tv's that are connected to Genie boxes the picture turns black, I have to reset it every time and so my main issue I record and I notice the black screen throughout the whole hour I recorded how do I fix this issue

This could be a tuner failure on the main Genie receiver (possibly). What are the model numbers of all of your receivers/clients? Do you have any error codes, or do the genie clients simply turn black when you record something on the main Genie? Do all of the clients show a black screen, or maybe one or two? Has this been an issue in the past, or have you been aware of any changes/past issues that could have caused this?
