Using main receiver and DVR with no TV attached in that room
We are moving things around due to construction. Can I take the #1TV off of the main receiver & DVR and still have TV#2 in another bedroom with a mini still work?

TV not being connect to box doesn't turn off the service to the Clients. However, if the Genie itself is unplugged from power or disconnected from coax then the Clients will lose service as they are extensions of it.
The Genie, not the TV, controls the Mini Genie Clients.
