Video Bridge & Remote Control Issue

Hello! I need help connecting my wireless genie to my video bridge but my genie remote control is not programmed. I’ll put the WMB in survey mode and I get to the screen that shows connecting to the video bridge and active Wi-Fi but I am prompted to click the connect now button but since my remote control is not programmed I can’t click it. Any suggestions?
