How do connect and power a WVB to my WiFi 5268AC

You don't, the WVB only works with the wireless minis to setup a separate WiFi network that nothing else can use.

The wireless video bridge (WVB) is only for connecting wireless Mini Genie Clients (C41W and C61W) to the main Genie. It bridges them to the coax.
So the WVB is for TV use only. Has nothing to do with your internet.
