Yellow light on Box

It states no Signal in our TV in the Master Bedroom with the Box showing a yellow light instead of green.  How can I fix this?

What happens when you press the red button for a reset? I assume it's MINI.

Hi @westdfw, thank you for reaching out. We are here to help you troubleshoot your DIRECTV receiver.

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Make sure your TV is turned on.
  2. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver. If your receiver doesn’t turn on, continue to the next step.
  3. Unplug the ends of the power cord from the back of your receiver and the electrical outlet. Then, securely plug it back in at both ends.
    • If a light switch controls the electrical outlet, make sure it’s flipped on.
    • If your receiver connects to a power strip, be sure it’s turned on.
  4. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver.

You can also try checking your electrical outlet.

I would add have you tried another HDMI input on the TV?

I have done all of the above answers.  I appreciate all!  But I'm coming to the conclusion it is the line!  Again, on the little box it is flashing a yellow light.  All others including the main receiver is working fine.  We have had some work done to our house and I'm thinking they must have cut a line or something to do with it.

I suggest you move the mini to a NEW location and test the box --or Just run a New RG6 from your splitter to that location (TEMP) exposed over the floor to test --Home Depot has the rg6 with connecters in different lengths --or call -1-800-531-5000 for service
