Is AT&T/Directv accepting equipment returns for cancelled service customers? I received a text from AT&T stating that I should recycle my equipment.Was this a legitimate text from AT&T?

Instructions on returning equipment does not include all the equipment used on four TVs. Only the main DVR box is listed. What about all the smaller boxes and remotes?

I have had my service terminated and last week I talked to a representative who assured me that I would have boxes and labels coming. As of now I haven't seen any of them. Directv brought all this stuff into my home. If y'all aren't going to live up to what I was told Y'all can come get it yourselve

We canceled Direct TV and was told that we do not return the equipment and we will be charged $110 for the cost of the equipment since we didn't keep the service for 2 years, yet everything we read says equipment must be returned. Quite confused by this.

I just had Directv installed and I am experiencing an intermittent drop in the volume. There does not seem to be any pattern as to when it happens, nor can I pin it down to any station.  The volume drops down low, then returns to normal within a few seconds.  I have the Choice Package with a R16-500
