replacement set top box doesn't match account settinge

What are the dimensions of the set top boxes used by Uverse?  This is for shelving purposes.

My screen says "this set top box does not match the account settings"

Is there an updated set top box for Directv Stream? My box is probably 4 yrs old.

Just received replacement set top box from ATT uverse.  All connections made and checked.  TV is showing account unavailable, this set top box does not match the account settings.  Restart receiver not fixing.

I'm trying access Comedy Central via my Roku.  Roku asks me to select my cable provider.  I choose AT&T Uverse.  The Roku directs me to www.cc.com/activate to enter the Roku code from my tv.   Then I get the following message from www.cc.com/activate: "Sorry, you currently do not have Comedy Central
