Set Top DVR Not Working
My set top DVR gives me the error "this set top box does not match the account settings". It was working fine until today. I just recently had fiber installed, but it was still working after that. Any help?

Is there an error code associated with the message?
The DVR error might be in relation to the time you had your fiber installed.

I have already rebooted my DVR several times and it still has the same error.
