I want to restrict people (i.e. kids) from deleting shows already recorded on the dvr.  I want to only do that from my bedroom, which has an HR21 receiver (the actual dvr is downstairs).  I thought there was an option to do this, but I don't see it. thoughts?

There are many channels I don't ever want to see.  How do I hide them?  Can I make multiple favorite lists?  I like a list that shows all the movies and one that shows the cooking, etc.  On Directv I was able to do that.  So far I'm not real impressed with Uverse.
