After an automatic update and reset today I have lost everything. The receiver is acting like it is brand new. I have lost the following:1. To Do List 2. Series Manager 3. All recordings (On my external hard drive) 4. Not even sure it is recognizing the external hard drive. I have tried doing 3 rest

On my R15 set, I have lost all history before 11/20/2011.  Also lost all recordings before that date.  Everything has worked since that date. Also have two HDVRs that worked fine. Any ideas?
