What is your programming package (or add o packs you have)?
Troubleshooting already tried?
If you are subscribed to the channel, try a red button reset or even refreshing the service authorizations www.directv.com/refresh to see if that kicks it through.
I too have lost the regular Hallmark channel. I still have Hallmark Drama and Movies and Mysteries, but I pay an extra $5 per month for those channels.
Yours and the OP's situation are unrelated, as their issue was back in 2019. Start a fresh thread (if you cannot find a recent one that is relevant). Include exact name of package, what happens when you try to access channel (and exactly which channel), models of boxes, etc.

Not sure what happened to regular Hallmark.
