Lost recordings
Has anyone EVER found/received a reason why or solution for recordings being lost from a Uverse DVR? I have read some conversations on the forum but haven't seen any solutions or answers.
We have had this happen 4 times since the beginning of the year on 3 different DVRs. Every technician says that they are not aware of this problem.
The first three times we lost almost every recording at once with just a few left. There is no consistency as to the ones lost (certain programs, dates, etc.).
Now, a few days ago, we lost 10 then the next day another 10 and sometime between last night and this afternoon, we lost about 80, leaving only 2 recordings.
Each time we have gone through all the hoops of restarting, unplugging, etc. etc. to no avail.
The last time it happened, the telephone support person restarted everything from their end, supposedly did a software upgrade (and I can't remember what else) assuring me this would take care of the problem and it wouldn't happen again.

We have the same issue, AT&T told me after a couple hours on the phone it’s my TV which is only a year old.
