While watching shows on amazon on tv pictures freezes with message low band width

The vollume on most channles are very low (for the shows) most commercials are so loud we have to turn vollume off or down. Sometimes even turn it all the way up we can't here the shows.  What can we do?

I was told that DirecTV has dropped programming for all customers receiving over the air low power stations. For example in Charlottesville, VA 16.1 and 27.1 are gone but 19.1 shows up. 16 and 27 are low power stations. They do show up in the Zap2it (Tribune) guide. Can anyone confirm this?

Why do I have a low volume in some TV programs?

Volume on direct tv stream app on Apple TV box is extremely low. I have it set up thru sonos arc.   All other apps on Apple TV are all fine , direct tv stream is only app with the very low volume. 

Velocity HD channel 1104 is very low in volume....... much too low..... Possibly 1/10 the volume of other channels.... What is going on??

Since Ina ,( hurricane ) I am having trouble with some channels. Example 252-259 NFL only letting me view them in low resolution.  Some with let you stream sometimes but mostly watch in low resolution.  Anyone else having this problem?

keep getting notices, intermittently, that there's an issue with HD resolution and I can continue watching in low resolution, seems to only happen on sports channels (espn, nfl etc).   checked connections and site line for dish with no issues.

I have two HD dvrs. I notice a lot of freezing and pixelation. I mostly watch HD channels, so this may add to the issue. After checking the signal strengths, the only satellite that really shows low is the 99S. Looks like 55 is about average... is this an issue? I have paid directv to align the dish
