Channel issues with low resolution
Since Ina ,( hurricane ) I am having trouble with some channels. Example 252-259 NFL only letting me view them in low resolution. Some with let you stream sometimes but mostly watch in low resolution. Anyone else having this problem?

Most likely your dish has moved out-of-alignment and cannot properly receive those HiDef channels. Call DirecTV to request a service visit to realign your dish.

Did you hit Menu on the Remote then go to Settings the Display then TV Resolutions and see what is check off?

Those 150 MPH hurricanes tend to move things around. Sometimes for miles and miles.

@westway I figured it was most likely out of alignment due to the hurricane winds but threw out check your resolutions just to see if it would help.

Please try a reset of your receiver following the next steps:
-Find the red reset button on your receiver and press it once
-Wait for your receiver to restart and begin playing video again
