I am out of the house for extended times and I am afraid my teenage kids are watching inappropriate programming. How can I see what they are viewing through their wireless boxes?

Is the channel 337 Sprout, now universal kids still on U-verse? It is not showing on the app but showing on DVD guide. I don't want to loose the channel suddenly even though they are changing the format somewhat.
