@goomba82 did you install the correct PBS application? If not, there will be no option to use the TV EVERYWHERE functionality. If you have verified that the correct app is installed on your device for PBS KIDS, then it is a paid subscription service that requires an additional payment. For example, you get Disney in your DIRECTV subscription but must pay more for DISNEY+, an ON-DEMAND service.

on my device the app is called PBS KIDS VIDEO.

On Demand (via the HDDVR/Genie) should be included. But some networks have their own separate streaming service.
How are you trying to access "On Demand"
What is the exact error message?
If not through DirecTV, what app are you trying to use?
