it only shows the white sceen and says searching for sateillite signle

No receivers found. What one?

I have one receiver in my house that keeps searching for satellite. I have to reset this receiver quite often. Sometimes it comes back right away, but it has been searching for a signal since yesterday.

anybody out there experiencing continual RECEIVER signal loss    error::::: 616 searching for receiver signal    

771 searching satelite on local channels can get the movie channels...not happy it's thanksgiving tomorrow..get this fixed

Recently upgraded to the new hd/dvr black reviever. Everything was fine for the first week or so. Now I am getting 771 searching for signal, but only on espn hd (206), HBO hd (501) and TNT hd (245). What's going on?

We just moved back to our house after 5 months, naturally, my system is searching for signal. My picture freezes, then goes blank, and searching for satellite appears. This last about 15-20 minutes before the picture comes by own, but the picture will not stay on.

I have reset my reciever by pressing the red button and by unplugging for 15 seconds. I continue to get Searching For Signal. It is currently snowing here so the trouble could be weather related although my internet sattelite is functioning.

Woke up in the morning and turned on the TV. Now I'm getting a searching for signal error. I unplugged it for several minutes and plugged back in, still searching. I have signal on my other two receivers. I thinking the cable from the dish is bad. Is this my problem?

Hi my box has been searching for a signal for the last 2 hours. I have used the reset button and it still has not found a signal....help!!!!

I have two recievers ,one will only pick up channel 345 RFD if the other reciever is tuned to it.if not it says searching for satellite but all the other channels come in okay.  HELP

Lost electricity to house and now both receivers are saying searching for satellite.i have unplugged both and waited 30 seconds still same message. Removed both coaxial cables same message. Pushed red reset buttons same message. Don’t know what else to try.

I have 3 tv's in my house with receivers. Two of them are working properly but 1 is searching for signal.  when I ran a system test it showed the LNB output "failed".  Also all of the Satellite transponders are at "0".

i have three receivers in my house, two are working fine no problem. but one just started acting up not showing local channels now it is not showing anything except searching for signal. it will not even load up after i unplug it. can you tell me if the reciever is bad or the cable or what?
