problems all the time with U-VERSE

U-verse you suck. I have had so many boxes switched freezing stopping let's not mention all the modem and box rebooting. I am tired of rebooting 10 times a day. Every time I call them all they do is reboot the box just like I do 10 times a day. I can't stand them.

Apple TV direct tv app

Had defective HR54-200, keep getting REfurbished HR54-700's?

Had a HR54-200 (2016 dated) that went Defective. Specifically asked for and was told by the agent I would get a Brand NEW HR54. When it came it was a HR54-700 (2018 dated) that had a white REfurbished sticker on back! Called again and was assured the next one would be brand NEW and not refurbished.

Not understanding the DVR series record options

I have the Pace IPH8110 / 499. Let's say a TV show airs on Monday at 8pm, but I find a rerun on Wednesday at 10pm and want to record the whole series. How do I set it to record the series on the actual day and time the show airs new episodes? The "select time" option only gives me "Any Day at 10pm"
