Sometimes we get gray space on both sides of the picture when it does not fill up the entire screen. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this without having to call in? Thx

 Every hour this or similar pops up No matter what time the tv is turned on, every hour there after this screen pops up. The tv screen just goes gray and this or something very similar shows up. We shut everything off and then the tv works again for an hour. This happens either watching live tv

I have couple of customers having the same issue. They all have h24 IRD and all of them are having the same issue. Customers get Black or gray Screen with no picture or audio but if they press guide, info or menu they will get the banners but not picture or sound. This is an MDU System with an MFH2

I am getting a gray box with nothing on it when I go to change channels or use the dvr to watch my shows.  It's like a 3 to 5 second delay before the show comes on.  How do I fix this?  My box is HR24/100.

I have just changed out my tv from a magnovox to Toshiba.  Neither of them are able to show AT&T guide on left of screen in theaterwide moods and screen too small on full or other moods.   Must be a AT&T uverse issue.
