replacement set top box doesn't match account settinge

What are the dimensions of the set top boxes used by Uverse?  This is for shelving purposes.

My screen says "this set top box does not match the account settings"

My set top DVR gives me the error "this set top box does not match the account settings".  It was working fine until today.  I just recently had fiber installed, but it was still working after that.  Any help?

on shows where picture is in wide screen a white scratchy line is across the top of screen. Is this a problem with my new Samsung 52" or is it a format problem that can be adjusted ?

I’m trying to hook up our new wireless receiver, I keep getting this alert... “Set top box does not match account settings”.

Occasionally I get a very thin white/static line across the top of the TV. It does not happen very often but is a distraction when it does. It is only specific to the occasional recording so it makes me think its the DVR and not the TV. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks for your help.

Just received replacement set top box from ATT uverse.  All connections made and checked.  TV is showing account unavailable, this set top box does not match the account settings.  Restart receiver not fixing.
