My tv is showing a large picture with letters on the top and bottom. How do I set it to the correct.I think the zoom button was pressed. I have tried all the resolution formats and reset as well. thanks Pat

I have three receivers set top boxes, this problem occurs only with one receiver set top box only (it is not the DVR receiver set top box). Is there a way to zoom/unzoom picture? I have UVerse U200 and notice that, on closeups, heads are cut off on the top. Screen resolution is 720. Is this a normal occurance with UVerse? Thank You!

When I click the menu on my AT&T U-verse remote the menu is cut off on the left side and I only see half of what menu shows. I've tried the resolution and zoom options and they did not work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

My TV picture seems like it is zoomed in - the edges are cut off. I try clicking the Enter/Zoom button on my remote and get an Options menu, but none of the options have anything to do with the display. I have an HD TV but do not have HD cable. Not sure how to correct my display. Any suggestions?
