zoom on uverse remote

My uverse remote is on Zoom 2 and I can't seem to figure out how to get it back to normal. I hit a wrong button last week and it changed.  No I cannot hit the zoom button on the bottom corner of the remote to change it...it does not give a zoom option.  I have chosen the menu button, the left arrow and right arrow.  HELP.

I have an S10-S3 so I don't know if it acts the same but I'll try:

When viewing a program, if you press the Enter/Zoom button, do you get the Zoom option on the side bar?  Can you toggle down to Zoom?

If you have an S10 then yes it is an option!  Look at the bottom right button.

Yes I know which button. However, when I hit that button the pop up screen choices are

closed captions

add favorites

edit/add favorites

audio languages

channel search

I don't know how you got that to happen.  Try rebooting the receiver (pull plug for 15 secs.).

I'm in agreement with @_xyzzy_  THIS is what you should be seeing.  How you 're missing the "zoom" option is a real head scratcher.

I have the same screen come up that kgipperich has. I have a point any where and a S10-S3 remote. The reason that screen comes up is that the STB is probable connected to the TV by coax instead of a HDMI or component cable.

While @kgipperich never mentioned coax, that's an interesting theory.

Either Coax, or the "Aspect Ratio" setting is set to 480i on another connection type.

I have the STB connected to the TV with coax and set to standard definition.I played with the TV screen resolution page,  When I change the resolution to widescreen standard definition i will get the screen that  skeeterintexas got in the post above. I think that kgipperich may have the STB set to standard definition  and not one of the other options.
