ARS and Regional Sports fees

I have a no contract Directv “Choice”

for which I am paying $108.99.

I contacted 3 Directv representatives.
Two said the 108.99 bill

includes the ARS and Regional Sports fees. One said it didn’t. I really don’t understand why this is so difficult to answer. 
Is there someway I can find out by watching TV?

I mean I don’t know who to believe.
