Service

I have AT&T TV, but this past bill was auto paid to DirecTV and was much higher. I was paying $87 monthly for service, but this DirecTV auto payment was approximately $140. I did not authorize this change or increase in amount. Please advise what is going on.

Compare the prior bill to the current one. Look for past due, discounts ending, or one-time charges.

Also AT&T TV / AT&T TV NOW rebranded to DIRECTV STREAM because of the new co-owner. It is understandably causing confusion, just like when it was first branded as DIRECTV NOW.

Beyond that you must call DirecTV/AT&T as this is a public forum of other customers, not official support.
