Nobody here knows. We're customers, not official DirecTV Support. You should call DirecTV Stream at the phone number in my signature below. 

Streaming direct TV was CUT OFF.  Do you understand that?  I wanted to know why???

Nobody here knows why. As I previously mentioned, you must call the DirecTV Support folks at the number below.

Nobody here is a mind reader. So your first post didn't give enough details to give really any guidance.

You say your service was "CUT OFF". If DIRECTV STREAM actually cut off your service, then you need to either log into your account or call customer support to find out why. However if your service is not working correctly, so not a guarantee "cut off" by the company, then if you provide details (error messages, symptoms, etc.) then perhaps we can help further.

We get you want to know why it happened. But you have to be specific on what happened for anybody to have a clue on how to help.
