Unlimited Dvr cost
Hi, I’ve been a Directv stream customer for almost a year. I pay 10 dollars a month for unlimited Dvr and I see that new customers get it for free. Is there a way so could also have this for free?

U can call them and gripe. They gave me 15 dollars off my Ultimate package for 2 yrs.

They are going to have to do it for everybody. Hulu just announced free unlimited and youtube has been that way since it started.

I called and they said they were doing it for new customers first and would eventually add it in for everyone. My comment to them was that it wasn’t fair but that didn’t change the answer.
I appreciate everyone’s input. Guess we will wait and see.

@wvroland That's what they told me when free unlimited dvr for new customers was first offered. The live chat rep told me existing customers would get it also in a few days. That rep was incorrect. Luckily, I had a screenshot of the chat and used it when I called to gripe. They looked at the chat transcripts and gave me that 15 bucks off Ultimate.
