Box does not retain resolution setting

This is initial thread and I don't know why it was closed.

@chuckpower68  - the same thing suddenly happened to me on 2 devices.  Totally different levels of TV hardware too.  I tried all kinds of stuff.  VERY annoying problem!  The resolution would reset to SD and looked horrible every time I turned the box off.  I had screen saver enabled.  I tried TV settings, cables, all sorts of stuff.  On both boxes what fixed it was a FACTORY RESET.  Once I did that and got everything setup again it's all good again.
