Gemini air Won’t recognize your Wi-Fi password

Gemini air  stopped connecting to the Internet. When I try to type in the password, it says it’s not correct.  I tried Sevaral times. I have other Gemini air, which work fine with that password. I tried to use the QR code but that wouldn’t work either. I have tried restarting the device.

Hi, @Cpirate. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot. Please restart your home network or router and try to connect again. You can also reset the Gemini Air to factory settings by pressing and holding the button on the back of the device for 15 seconds. Rhyan, DIRECTV Community Team
