Just bought a new 65" visio TV and my direct TV app just freezes and won't open. All other apps work
Just bought a new 65" visio TV and my direct TV app just freezes and won't open. All other apps work. Tried power down, tried factory resetting the tv.

Sorry for the trouble, @Chuckschnering. Our team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. For now, please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the DIRECTV App and let us know how it goes. Rhyan, DIRECTV Community Team
