Adult content charges

So this will be my second month getting billed for adult content! At&t thinks that it’s ok to accuse their customers and not help when it comes to this sensitive matter. I’m paying over 50 bucks extra on my bill because Adult content is being charged on my account. All they can say is that the charges are valid and they are coming from my device. I’m so upset and cannot believe At&t is not helping with this. I live in a building where At&t is the only service provider, i’m sure there has to be a switch up, someone’s bills are mixing up with mines. I need help and need someone hire than the supervisors over at At&t.

Have you changed your Parental Control PIN and set all of your Set Top boxes to require that PIN before purchase?

Are you billed for a monthly charge or on demand shows. If a monthly charge call customer service and ask them to remove that channel or package.

If on demand, Is someone else in the household making the purchases?

I am getting charged for adult content that i haven't even watched.I have a total of 16 videos in total for Porn on my bills. I keep explaining to them that its only me and my sister whom is visually impaired,we only have cable in the living room TV and still I am  getting accused for these on demand purchases.
