AT&T Lost My Returned Receiver
AT&T Support sent out a replacement receiver for a problem we were having 12/10/2014. The problem was not the receiver so the box was returned to AT&T. They have continually emailed warnings that they have not received the box back and this month we were billled $150.00 for the missing box.
I have a FedEx tracking number and POD that the box was returned to the Ft. Worth office. I have explained this several times to billing and other AT&T people. All they offer is for me to pay for the receiver and IF the box is found they will credit my account in 1 - 2 months.
Why should I have to pay for a receiver that AT&T has lost? CASE #447674.

Were you told to FedEx the receiver to an AT&T Office?
U-verse equipment to be returned should be taken to an authorized UPS Store where is is packed and returned to an AT&T euipment return location at no cost to you.

The replacement box was attempted to be delivered by FedEx, my wife refused to accept delivery and told them to send it back.

Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.
