AT&T Utility Construction

Road Construction to Old Waco Road in Temple, Texas are being delayed because AT&T have not moved their lines in over 3 months.  WHY?????

Not sure that the U-verse forum is the right place either.  Who knows what those lines are for?!  Could be LD circuits.

Unfortunately, at least in Texas, this is not an uncommon problem and is not just specific to AT&T, although they do seem to be frequently involved. The Texas House Committee on Transportation actually discussed this a few weeks ago - here's some news coverage and a link to the hearing itself.
