Billing history

I cannot get my u-verse or phone bill history since the switch to Frontier.

Any suggestions.

Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your billing history situation.

 

Include your ATT account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

 

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

Well, as usual, I received a typical ATT canned garbage response. I don't think they even read the question, just push a button to send a random response!

If you sign up for on-line access for your Frontier account, there is a button, bottom right, to view one year payment history that displays your at&t payments.

 

There is another history button to view bills, but there is no data. There is also, bo current billing data.
