Can't View U-verse TV Channel Lineup Online Anymore

Hi,

This morning while I was signed into my at&t account via the normal website, I clicked on the view channel lineup in the tv section, but instead of showing my u-verse channel lineup I was taken to a page that displayed the direct tv channel lineup. Have they done away with a customer being able to view their u-verse tv lineup ?

Thanks,

David

TPTB are slowly killing Uverse since it is being phased out.  We can only assume this is another step.

I've had Uverse for so long, I've got the channels memorized so I haven't had the need to use the online channel guide (except to help other customers on the forums) but it doesn't surprise me that this happened.

If I can find another link to list the guide, I'll post it.

I think if you go to the pages that show available TV packages for your account it will show the correct listings.  That certainly doesn’t excuse the sloppy work done by the marketing people.  If you have a smartphone or tablet handy, the channel guide is always easily on hand.

@gr8sho   Any links accessible from the account page take you to a DirecTV channel guide.

@Davy49   I did find this pdf file

Hi Everyone,

I've had the service for quite awhile now and have really enjoyed it. I'm just glad that at least so far at&t hasn't completely discontinued the service altogether. I realize there are other options available, but for now I'm just going to keep what I've got. I already subscribe to amazon prime, netflix, & have a roku tv.

Same here, but the price of Uverse is resetting again.  Not sure how much stomach I have to chase a “deal” again for it.

@skeeterintexas

It works fine here.  Go to account and pick the option to change plan.  From there, pick any package and choose compare plan.   All the channels will be laid out across the major packages.

What I normally do is sign-in to my twitter account, & since I already follow this group: ATTCares, I send them a direct message and ask them if they can help me with my monthly payment. They have always been able to offer me some promotional pricing to keep me as a customer.

I’m old school and use two cans and a string.  😉

Thanks for the more modern suggestion.
