Contact a Supervisor
How do I contact a supervisor about my account. I received an email today with an order confirmation for service. However, I never placed an order. The customer rep I spoke to today was extremely vague about the situation. I want to make sure that the order was cancelled since the cancellation order was the same as the order number. The rep also kept trying to push products on me, especially the tablet for 99 cents for 24 month contract. She continued to badger me about why I wouldn't want to buy this at only 99 cents! I finally had to hang up on her beacuse she would not stop asking me to buy it.

It is my belief that rogue sales agents sometimes create orders without authorization. Hopefully they get disciplined when they're caught on it.
You could either try calling back or send a Private Message (blue envelope, upper right hand corner of the page) to ATTCustomerCare to look into this.
