Filing a Complaint on a Driver
I have tried practically all morning long to get in touch with ATT about a horrible Uverse driver that practically caused an accident on SR16 in St. Augustine, FL this morning. I have tried several outlets, I even called ATT Uverse which just put me through an automated robot who had no idea what I was saying, the girl who finally answered the phone after a 10 minute wait told me I needed to look on the website... which I had ALREADY done. Why would I be calling if I had found something? She proceeded to ask me all of my personal information, which I denied, I just wanted to speak to SOMEONE, a human preferably, who could help or at least lead me in the right direction. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone on ATT to make a complaint without speaking to a robot, or a woman in some far away place with a foreign accent who has no idea what I am talking about, or I have to make a Log-In and Password. Why all this trouble to file a complaint on a dangerous driver? If I wasn't so mad, I would have chose to forefeit my endeavor and just chalk it off, however, I wonder if this is indeed the plan the whole time. I am a ATT customer, I have the cellular as well as the internet services, and this is leading me to consider disconnecting all of my services and switch to a provider I don't have to jump through so many hoops with.
My complaint is with Driver: *****
He was driving a UVerse van on SR16 around 7:45 Eastern time in St. Augustine, FL
If for some reason you need to contact me you can do so through : [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]
He pulled out in front of me and one other woman in the same lane and ran us both off of the road.
I will not stand for this kind of filing system and will be willing to speak to an intelligent human being about this matter.
Thanks,
Ticked off Floridian

Thanks for contacting us regarding this feedback. Send us a message by clicking here.
We will pass it along to his manager. To do so, we will need the following:
In the past, our field managers have asked for that to correctly identify the technician.

I would like to file a complaint on a unsafe driver. I was driving west bound on hwy22 in salem Oregon around 12:50pm. There was a att van ahead of me driving in the left lane not paying attention to the road. He was swerving into both lanes and then speeding up well over speed limit then to slow back down. He eventually got into the right lane and slowed way salem but was going under speed limit. I passed him up in the left lane because he was going under speed limit. After I passed him, he speed up to tailgate me. He was to close for comfort. He continued to tailgate me for a while. I speed up to give myself a good gap between us but he kept on tailgating me. He could've passed me up in the left lane if he wanted but he chose to ride my bumper instead. I have kids in my car. It was unprofessional of him and unsafe. I have his info because my wife was able to snap a picture of him as he speed on by after his wreckless driving. His van id number is [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]. He has Arizona plates on his vehicle. His plates were

I want to make a complaint about one of your drivers. He was driving a utility truck in Van Nuys, CA driving south at Woodley Ave at 7am. Specifically at the intersection of Woodley Ave and Saticoy St.. His truck number was *** on the side of the door. He was using his truck as a weapon swerving toward cars and blocking traffic while people were trying to make legal right hand turns at the intersections. Traffic was backed up at the intersection do to a blinking red light. Also if you honked at him to alert him you wanted to make a right hand turn he would just flip you off. I tell you, you have one heck of a representative driving your truck. I can be contacted with a photo of the truck number or any other information at ***

Did you report this to the local police department when it was happening?

My advise is to let it go and get on with your life. You can not just complain and not be willing to leave your name and contact information. If I complained about every driver that cut me off I would spend all my free time complaining.

What are you talking about I have left my information here it is again Doug ***, and I will now contact your corporate office to discuss not only the dangerous AT&T driver you seem to think is no big deal, but also your response to me regarding my complaint to just move on with my life. I will post a screenshot of it to social media and begin the sharing.

A few months ago I was traveling down one of the busiest freeways in Dallas in the middle of the day. Everyone was playing nice and keeping their distance when some idiot decides to STOP in the second lane from the right about 3 cars in front of me. Thank goodness I could swerve onto an exit but I shook me up pretty good.
NEWS FLASH: There are idiots on the streets, be it in a company truck or their own personal vehicle.
DRIVE DEFENSIVE!
Edit: @Doug007007 We are just paying customers unless identified otherwise. You might get a quicker response by sending a PM to AT&TCares
