HD not included in U300?

I downgraded from U450 to U300 and found that I no longer had any HD channels. According to the U-verse TV Package comparison at »www.att.com/esupport/art ··· M1045171, HD is included in all packages except U-basic. I had to add the HD tech fee for $10/month to get HD channels. Why does the package comparison on the page I linked show "HD included" when it really isn't? There is no HD included at all with U300.

The "HD Included" offer is for new customers but it is also $10 more than regular U300. The $10 HD fee is going to happen...one way or the other.

OK thanks, I wish the three different reps I talked to could have explained this to me. I see that there is a U-300 All-Included package for new customers that costs $124 per month (after promo). I have the U-300 Standard package that costs $114 per month plus the $10 HD access fee. So the price is the same.

Exactly. I asked this question a couple of years ago and it took several days before they could explain this. Now we know.
