How horrible the customer service is

Does anyone else feel like this company has a horrible customer service department? I feel like my questions never get answered they always want to go to a different topic you never mentioned. Also does anyone else have a problem where their making their payments each month, then next thing you know your being charged more than you should be charged?

I am beginning the process of pursuing a (Edited per community guidelines) suit against AT&T for unethical business practices specifically related to their billing and lack of resolutions through customer service. If you have had any issues with getting billing issues resolved (outstanding or already "resolved"[EDITED per Community Guidelines]

Billing issues include:

Reactivation fees

Non returned device fees (replacement devices)

Fees that occurred after ending your business with AT&T

Etc.

i want in on that suit.  the business practice of “purposeful incompetence” in order to have the customer rage quit issues needs to be illegal.

I have never in my life had such horrible customer service. You can't get through to anyone. Do not use them! I have been in sales and customer service for over 20 years.  I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to cancel my service. Which I had done on Feb 4th. I will never use them again.
