How to report a specific customer support rep?

I'm posting this to TV, although it really doesn't apply to TV, because there's no forum for customer support. (I wonder why...)

 

Most of our interactions with AT&T customer support have been positive, or at least neutral. But not this past Friday night, when I encountered the surliest CS rep EVER.

 

I got his first name and ID number. How do I contact his supervisor, or AT&T support HQ, or somebody who can give this guy some feedback to hopefully improve his customer service skills?

AFAIK, there is no email address.  You can easily find AT&T headquarters street address to send a letter.  Google is your friend. 

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.
