How to report abuse/misrepresentation by Uverse Tech support Rep

I can not believe this happened with AT&T but I placed a call early this am because my emails were not working. I spent over 3 hours talking to many people who kept transferring me. Finally I was transferred to a person who identified himself as Henry, a floor manager. I requested to log onto my computer using support log me in rescue. He took possession of my Mac and then tried to pressure me into spending $2500 so that a third party in California could "fix" my computer as it had been hacked by foreign people. During our note session with the "technician he was identified as Kabir I have saved all notes. He hung up when I told him I needed to talk to my husband. The season started at 11:31. Stopped communication at 12:06. He again accessed my computer without my knowledge then at 12:15. When I realized the session was still open I revoked permission at 12:55. He tried to access my computer again at 1:07. Who can I report this to? The FCC? Any and all suggestions welcome. This is very serious on the part of AT&T and Uverse

I have also been advised to send email to abuse@att.net. Will see if this generates any response.

An AT&T Uverse technician stole the CPU out of my computer. I learned my lesson not to leave technicians alone to do their job!

On July 17, 2016 we went out of state for vacation for one month. We called AT@T to cancell the U-Verse for that time period, two representative informed at different times the cancellation was in affect. We arrive homed our bill was over $300.00, more than my mortage payment. We called several times and got many representatives who informed us the bill was to be lowed to its original bill. As of today, this was not done. AT@T does not do the customer right with the service. I do not have Showtime, HBO, or Cinemax, no special on the U-Verse account, but yet our bill is extremely high. We have three items listed with AT@T; U-Verse, internet, cell phones. If they do not correct this error, the account will be disconnected and the bill will not be paid. AT@T always promise one thing but does the total opposite. I am very disappointed with this company and its service. Why should a person pay for something they are not using for one month while on vacation.

If you had done your research, you would have found that a Vacation Hold is for a minimum of 2 months as explained HERE  (Google is your friend).

Apparently, since you used the word 'cancel' that's what they did....they cancelled your service.  There is an early termination fee (ETF) if you cancel during your contract (pro-rated depending on how long you have left on said contract).

I am so angry off at ATT right now! They misrepresent themselves and each representative gives a different story! I set up a payment arrangement and since they're merged with direct tv... my arrangement was not good enough and I got disconnected ... this is inn retribution for I disconnected everything but wifi... so they're being confrontational and argueing with me about my payment arrangement...as if it was not the agreement there letter states clearly it is!! is there any attorney or service I can call to tell on there business practices to strong arm people by disconnecting there services?... I am so angry!!! Ready to call my attorney ... crazy petty huge company like att should treat there customers better!!!
