LACK OF "LIVE" CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE IN THE USA IS NON-EXISTENT. TRANSFERRED ANY AND EVERYWHERE "OUT" OF THE UNITED STATES!!

CONFIRM ACP ASSIGNED TO CORRECT ACCOUNT AND CREDIT BALANCE ON INTERNET SERVICE BE APPLIED TO MY PRE-PAID CELL SERVICE.  I APPLIED MY ACP TO MY INTERNET AND INSTEAD OF TRANSFERRING THE BALANCE I HAVE ON MY INTERNET ACCOUNT MOVED TO MY PRE-PAID CELL SERVICE ACCOUNT.  BEEN GOING OVER THIS FOR THREE MONTHS AND STILL NO CONTACT WITH STAFF IN THE "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!"  BEEN ROUTED TO EVERYONE "OUT" OF THE UNITED STATES.  THIS IS "NOT" THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN WITH YOU SINCE MA BELL, WISCONSIN BELL, ATT, ETC.  THE REQUEST I HAVE SHOULD BE A SIMPLE PROCESS NOT BEING TRANSFERRED OUT OF THE UNITED STATES FROM ONE TO THE OTHER AND STILL THE ISSUE NOT RECTIFIED!!!

AT&T IS A "COMMUNICATIONS" INDUSTRY...WHY AM I BEING PORTED OUT OF THE UNITED STATES AND THIS ISSUE IS "STILL NOT RECTIFIED!!!!!" AT&T IS A "COMMUNICATIONS" INDUSTRY.  I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A "LIVE" NOT CHAT OR AUTOMATED RESPONSES!!

@BJB227MABELLWIBELL

Like many other companies, AT&T supplements their support with outsourcing. When you call you get the next available agent, no matter where they are or what cultural background they have.

Fortunately you have been offered a DM from the official forum team. Hopefully they can get it resolved. If not, then a BBB complaint would be the final option as sends the issue to corporate. Only use that as a last resort and understand it is only a chance, not a guarantee of resolution in your favor.

Also please do not use ALL CAPS as just becomes a wall of text that is difficult to read (even as an American).
