not happy at all with AT&T
I have chatted yesterday and today regarding my account to no avail. I just paid $186 and I still owe $192. We only use the channel 800/Animal Kingdom/peaceful music for our baby. We do not use other channels. I work 12 hours a day and cannot afford to pay another $192 after I just paid $186 yesterday. The chat workers do not listen or try to help. I have also asked them numerous times to take off the $26.00 HBO/CINEMAX, $20.00 MOVIE PACKAGE and $5.00 UVERSE SCREAN PACK from my account. They won't take it off and they say I may lose the promotion. What promotion if I just paid $186 and still owe $192. I asked for a detailed description of what I paid for on 5/26 for $186. They say they will email it but never do.

Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your billing/channel situation.
Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
