paying too much
i want to know why when i downgraded my service last month and they took all the channels, i am still paying the same amount as i was before i downgraded, makes no sense, they never look at the pay arrangements when you make them, because they will still shut your tv off and want to charge you to turn it back on 49 dollars when we first got att they were great paying only 105 dollars a month now we are paying 250 for the same dam thing internet and tv, we don't even have a phone sounds to me we will be looking at our other options if something does not happen quick.

I have the same issues with them and cannot get this resolved. When I signed up I originally had a deal for under a $100 a month. They didn't keep their word on the deal and it is now over $200 a month. When I talked to someone in America about it (played' who is on first' with India for a while), they said there is"no way" they could ever do a deal for that much... I looked online on their website and they were offering my exact deal for $75 a month. Talk about being full of cow waste product...
They suck you in and squeeze you dry. I cannot get someone to talk about it. When I called their 24/7 phone number they provided it said they were closed. I think they just play games until you break. Well,I will be breaking out.Even Cox Cable had better customer service and they were horrible. Must be nice to be able to lose customers and survive...
