Promotional trickery

I had a 3 year promotional price that ends in July 2018. By "error" that promotion was cancelled on my account. The best they could do was a $30 more per month promotion for my account. This is 13 months or $390 "error" against me. It's pathetic that at&t does not stand behind their promises to the customer. Lord knows what other lies we as consumers are being told by at&t.

Never heard of a 3 year promotional price from AT&T.  Guess you were one of the lucky ones.  Until your luck ran out.

Yes, it was part of the U-verse gigabyte rollout. I lost the 3 year HBO promotion and had a price increase because of the companies "error". I would think someone in the company could just reinstate my old plan that they deactivated. They acted like they are doing me a huge favor by only making me pay $30 more per month and locking me into another contract that I was currently out of.
