Recent outages in Bay Area

AT&T Team,

                        Continous outages close to 5 or 6 outages for uverse,internet,voice.what is going on.

Yesterday's outage was bad that we could not even reach any CS support.No communication whatsover.$5 discount for those outage days is not going to solve the problem.Lost Hope and ready to disconnect...These are very long outages in your HQ.With technology like how you guys send billing reminders why not outage notices??Pls help here.

Do you have any specific reason for believing these to be systemic AT&T outages (i.e. at AT&T HQ), rather an a problem isolated to your particular service line?

Last time I got a service credit it was $5 per service per day (which for me was $10).

our Entire community as well as many Friends had same outages.
