Seeking Refund For U-Verse Outage On 10-15-2018

Hi,

I live in the area that was affected by the service interruption that occured in the Dallas,TX area on 10-15-2018, I've been told that AT&T is offering refunds for this outage. I sent a direct message on the @ATTCares Twitter site, but so far haven't received a response. Has anyone else in here had a similar incident ?
